How do I sign up?
Sign up in-store or here to join the Kaana Loyalty.
How do I earn points?
Every time you order in-store and scan your QR code, your points will be automatically added to your account. Alternatively, if you order via click and collect and checkout with your email affiliated with your Kaana Loyalty account, your points will be added. You’ll receive a point for every £9 spent.
How do I know how many points I have?
Your points balance will update automatically after rewards are redeemed. Head over to the contact portal to see how far away you are from your next reward.
How do I add the app to my home screen?
It’s now easier than ever to access your QR code. When you open the contact portal webpage on your phone, tap the share arrow, scroll down and tap the ‘add to homescreen’ button. In this app, you can keep track of how far you are away from your next reward, find your vouchers, and update your settings.
Do my rewards expire?
Each reward is valid for 30 days from the day you unlock it.
What happens after my 20th visit?
After your 20th visit, your points reset to zero and you start collecting to earn treats again.
When do I get my birthday voucher?
You’ll need to enter your birthday when you sign up and you’ll receive the voucher the day of your birthday.
*Birthday voucher only valid for customers who have visited once or more since signing up. Customer must sign up at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth.
